Since 2007, we have provided research reports and market studies for a number of clients. Notably, we prepared a research report on energy efficiency market opportunities for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, a report on European green building technologies for the Mechanical Contractors Education and Research Foundation (MCERF), and a report on national green building incentives for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Ongoing projects include further research studies for NAED and MCERF.

Sustainable Building Advisory Services at Yudelson Associates
Yudelson Associates’ principal, Jerry Yudelson, PE, has a long history of incorporating energy efficiency and indoor air quality considerations into his client’s projects. He helps engineers and designers work with architects, owners and other consultants to incorporate green features or sustainability factors into the design of each building. As a green building consultant, Jerry’s mission is to provide services to clients that save them money and, at the same time, protect the environment. Get Jerry involved in your next project to “sell” the business case for sustainable building and to coach the design and construction team to reach these goals.
Jerry Yudelson and Yudelson Associates have involvement in a number of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) projects, including the LEED-certified Tacoma (WA) Police Headquarters and Vehicle Maintenance Facilities, the Midstate Electric LEED Gold project in LaPine, Oregon, and the Oro Valley Marketplace retail project in Arizona.
From 2004 to 2009, as an industry leader, Jerry helped develop the LEED for Core and Shell (LEED-CS) standard, and served as chair of the steering committee for five of the U.S. Green Building Council’s annual ‘Greenbuild’ international conferences, the world’s largest green building events.
Jerry has been a member of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Board of Directors and has served as a national LEED faculty member from 2001 through 2008, training more than 3,500 building industry professionals in the LEED rating system.
